Esteban Castillo
Esteban Castillo is the author most recently of the cookbook Chicano Bakes, as well as the author of the award-winning food blog and best-selling book Chicano Eats, where he explores his bicultural identity as a Chicano through stories and food. Chicano Eats has been featured in Food52, NPR’s the Salt, Instagram, Remezcla, and We Are Mitú, among others. Esteban is also the Reader’s Choice winner of the 2017 Saveur Blog Awards for Best New Voice. He lives in California with his husband, Billy, and three dogs, Nomi, Rigby, and Jepsen.
