Start by putting some whipped cream on a plate.

Fill a potato ricer with ice cream, then start squeezing.

Move the potato ricer around the plate in a circle.

Keep squeezing until you have a plateful of ice cream spaghetti.

Spoon on some store-bought strawberry sauce (or just cook some strawberries with sugar until they’re broken down).

Then grate on some white chocolate “Parmesan.”

Arrange some malt ball “meatballs” around the plate.

And garnish with some fresh mint.

Mangia!
