Meet the best chefs from both coasts battling to see who does summer food best!

Ben has been a fisherman his whole life. Along with his vast seafood knowledge, he's bringing a competitive attitude and an East Coast edge.

Brian was born and raised in Washington and has Filipino roots. He says he embodies the Pacific Ocean, making him the ultimate competitor.

They do it big in the South, and that's exactly what Edward says he'll do throughout this competition.

Jared has lived near boardwalks and beaches throughout most of his life, so he's ready for this competition.

Jessica loves her hometown because she lives a mile away from the beach. One of her favorite things to eat during the summer is ice cream.
