Mix 1 tablespoon dried goji berries into 1 serving of oat cereal. Top with about 1/2 cup diced strawberries and serve with milk.

Toss 3 chopped scallions, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, one 5-gram package seaweed snack (sheets torn into pieces) and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mash 1/2 an avocado, spread on thick-cut whole-grain toast and top with the nori mix.

Top 1 cup cut-up watermelon chunks and a handful of blueberries with 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Finish with a squeeze of lime.

Cook 1 chopped shallot in 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat until just soft, about 3 minutes. Add 1 generous cup baby spinach, season with salt and pepper and stir until wilted; transfer to a shallow bowl. Fry an egg in another teaspoon coconut oil and season with salt and pepper; serve over the spinach.

Whisk together 1 cup 2-percent Greek yogurt, 2 teaspoons green tea matcha powder and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. Layer half the yogurt in a glass, top with a few raspberries and 1 tablespoon sliced almonds. Repeat with the remaining yogurt and more raspberries and almonds.

Mix 1 cup cold juice with 1 tablespoon chia seeds; stir and refrigerate until the seeds soften and start to gel, 10 to15 minutes. Pour over ice and serve.
